AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND LOPFI
It is not possible to cover all the conditions and provisions of LOPFI or local plan law in one website. The Laws passed by the Arkansas General Assembly govern the operation of LOPFI and of the PRB. This website should not be construed as a substitute for those provisions.
